Scope
These terms govern the Focus website and waitlist operated by Aditya Kumar Puri in India. The current website offers a waitlist and an optional survey; it does not provide a paid service or public app account.
By using the website or submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must submit only information you are authorised to use.
Waitlist
- Joining records your interest. It does not guarantee access, a release date, platform, price, or feature.
- Selecting the beta-tester option records your interest in testing; it does not guarantee selection.
- The follow-up survey is optional and does not affect your place on the waitlist.
We may reject or remove submissions that appear automated, abusive, invalid, or unsafe for the service.
Messages and leaving
If you join, we may send a transactional receipt and messages about Focus access to the email address you submit. If you volunteer for beta testing, we may contact you about a testing opportunity.
You may leave the waitlist, request deletion, or ask us to stop non-essential messages by contacting hello@getfocus.fun.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- Submit information you do not have permission to use.
- Automate submissions, evade rate limits, or interfere with the website.
- Probe for vulnerabilities without permission.
- Use the website to violate law or another person's rights.
Good-faith security reports are welcome at contact@getfocus.fun.
Ownership and third-party services
The Focus name and original code, copy, design, and assets remain owned by the operator or their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer that ownership to you.
Linked or embedded third-party services, including X, have their own terms and policies. If you choose to open them, those terms apply to your use of those services.
Changes and availability
We may change, pause, or stop the website or waitlist. Material changes to these terms will be posted with an updated date and apply prospectively where required.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and waitlist are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, an invitation, a release date, compatibility, or preservation of a waitlist record.
To the extent permitted by law, Focus and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the website or waitlist. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
General terms
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement for the website and waitlist. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without overriding mandatory rights that apply where you live.
